Staging Details
Parade Arrival
Please arrive via the WEST SHORE to enter City Island between 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. to ensure access to the parade staging area. When arriving, stay left upon arrival and go directly to the participant parking lot. Everyone must be in lined up, and in order (Division C, Unit 5), by 9:30 a.m.
Don't forget to wear your red Tap 'n Arts Dance Studio holiday hoodie!
Parade Order
Participants must be lined up in their assigned division and in chronological order by unit number. The Tap 'n Arts Dance Studio has been assigned Division C, Unit 5. We will be between the Where's Waldo balloon (Division C, Unit 4) and the Everlasting Wishes Company (Division C, Unit 6). Once the parade begins, everyone must stay lined up and in order until the end of the parade on City Island.
Restrooms
Portable restrooms will be available on the Market Street Bridge at Front Street and both sides of the City Island parking lot.
Parade Speed
The pace will be relaxed so that spectators lining the streets can enjoy the parade. Vehicles are not to travel at a speed greater than 5 mph and must maintain a distance of 15 feet between groups.
Parade Route
- Market Street to Second Street.
- Second Street to North Street.
- North Street to Front Street.
- Front Street to Market Street.
- Market Street Bridge to City Island.
