Performance Fees & Program Advertisements
Performance Fees & Program Advertisements are due by Monday, April 8, 2024.
Join us for our spectacular annual dance show, Steppin’ Out ’24, taking place on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at the Scottish Rite Theatre. To ensure participation, each family is required to pay a Performance Fee of $65 for the first student and $35 for each additional student. Faculty Assistants, involved in the opening routine, are required to pay a total of $120 each, which includes additional class fees for learning the opening routine.
To help alleviate the financial burden, students are encouraged to sell advertisements for our dance show program booklet. These ads can be uploaded directly through our website. Businesses, as well as parents, guardians, family, and friends, are welcome to purchase ad space to support our students. Advertisements can vary in size and content, ranging from simple congratulatory messages to full-page business advertisements.
Ad pricing and sizes for our 8.5” x 11” program booklet are as follows:
- $10 per one-liner/shout-out (125 characters maximum)
- $70 for 1/8 page (4" x 2.625" @ 300dpi grayscale, text only – no business cards)
- $80 for 1/8 page (4" x 2.625" @ 300dpi grayscale, business card only)
- $90 for 1/4 page (4" x 5.25" @ 300dpi grayscale)
- $120 for 1/2 page (8" x 5.25" @ 300dpi grayscale)
- $220 for full page (8" x 10.5" @ 300dpi grayscale)
- $600 for inside back cover (8" x 10.5" @ 300dpi color, only one available)
- $800 for outside back cover (8" x 10.5" @ 300dpi color, only one available)
